    ⚠️ Please note that subscriptions to third-party tools (Airtable, Make, etc.) remain at the customer's expense, to guarantee continuous, autonomous access to your workflow.

  • We support you in creating and configuring your accounts on recognized platforms such as Airtable, Make or other no-code/low-code solutions, to ensure a quick and easy start-up.
    Once set up, you retain full control of your working environment.

    After installation, we offer customized training and a package of hours to answer your questions and adjust the tool if necessary.

  • All customer data is kept solely for our internal use and is never shared with third parties.

    We store your login details in a secure, encrypted environment while your workspace is being developed. These identifiers are kept for technical support purposes for 1 year after the last service, but you can request their deletion at any time once the services have been delivered and the invoices settled.

    All information used in your workspace is stored on the servers of the third-party software used (e.g. Airtable, Make.com, Google, Microsoft, ...). These platforms are RGPD-compliant and responsibility for stored data lies with you as the customer.
